Longfellow Corporate Rebrand

Project type

Corporate Rebrand

Date

Q4 2022

At Longfellow Real Estate Partners, Casey Angel led a comprehensive effort to revitalize the firm’s corporate brand and narrative during a period of rapid growth in the life sciences and technology real estate sector. While Longfellow had built a strong reputation through its work and client relationships, its brand had not yet fully captured the depth of its impact or differentiated it within an industry largely focused on transactions.

Working closely with executive leadership, internal teams, and third-party creative and digital agencies, Casey aligned stakeholders around a core strategic insight: Longfellow’s greatest differentiator was its commitment to relationships. Clients were not simply tenants, but partners navigating complex, high-growth journeys in the life sciences. Casey guided the development of a new corporate narrative that positioned Longfellow as an integral part of those journeys - actively invested in client success, problem-solving, and long-term outcomes rather than a hands-off landlord model.

To ensure authenticity and consistency, Casey facilitated cross-functional collaboration across leasing, development, asset management, and operations, aligning the external brand promise with the internal client experience. In parallel, he partnered with external agencies to elevate Longfellow’s market presence, enabling the firm to compete credibly against more established industry leaders while maintaining its entrepreneurial identity.

This work culminated in a refreshed visual identity and storytelling framework that broke from traditional, corporate real estate conventions. The new brand placed clients at the center - featuring people, energy, and environments that reflected the innovative founders and companies Longfellow serves. The aesthetic conveyed approachability, momentum, and partnership, reinforcing Longfellow’s role as a trusted collaborator in innovation-driven industries.

As part of the brand transformation, Casey also helped shape a scalable global digital framework that ensured consistency across markets while empowering local teams to tell their stories in relevant and authentic ways. The result was a modern, human-centered corporate brand that strengthened internal alignment, elevated external perception, and reinforced Longfellow Real Estate Partners’ leadership position in the life sciences real estate market.
